Ce livre est issu du colloque qui, les 21 et 22 juin 2018, a accompagné la clôture de la Chaire "Mutations de l'Action Publique et du Droit Public", de Sciences Po Paris. Il a été décidé de consacrer au "Futur du Droit Administratif" le point final de cette expérience de douze ans, au cours de laquelle la Chaire s'est efforcée d'ouvrir la doctrine administrative française aux apports extérieurs et d'analyser les évolutions fortes que subissent les droits administratifs dans ces temps de profonde transformation des instruments de l'action publique. De signatures internationalement très diverses, les contributions reviennent sur ces évolutions et envisagent celles qui se dessinent pour l'avenir à l'aune des tensions et mutations actuelles (numérique, contraintes budgétaires), avec l'espoir de dégager sur le futur du droit administratif quelques idées utiles pour l'analyse académique et peut-être, au-delà, pour le débat public.This book is the result of the symposium that, on 21 and 22 June 2018, accompanied the closure of the "Mutations de l'Action Publique et du Droit Public" Chair of Sciences Po Paris. It was decided to devote to the "Future of Administrative Law" the final point of this twelve-year experience, during which the Chair endeavoured to open up French administrative legal scholarship to external inputs and to analyse the major developments affecting administrative laws in these times of profound transformation of the instruments of public action.
